Permanent track pans protect your regular unloading spots. Sometimes, though, you need containment wherever the railcar happens to be. The Ultra-Track Berm is a portable railroad containment unit that one person can move quickly to the point of a spill. It is ideal for capturing plastic pellets and other microplastics during loading, unloading, and clean-out operations.
A dual-sump design protects the area on both sides of the rail. The berm weighs only 24 lbs., and its heavy-duty PVC construction stands up to harsh railroad conditions.

What are the steel connectors for?
Those are camlock fittings. Hoses (not included) can be connected to them to channel material to a holding tank or other containment area in the event of a large spill.
