Ultra-Storm Guard HDC®
Heavy-duty, adjustable catch basin filter captures plastic pellets between 1.0mm and 5.0mm
The Ultra-Storm Guard HDC uses removable, replaceable filter cartridges to capture a wider range of microplastics and other contaminants than our other models. It captures nurdles between 1.0mm (1,000 microns) and 5.0mm (5,000 microns) before they enter our waterways, where marine life and wildlife ingest them, often with fatal consequences.
You can swap standard, hydrocarbon, and sediment cartridges depending on the target pollutants, making the HDC a versatile pellet containment solution. Each insert is custom-made to fit your catch basin, down to 18″ x 18″. It also captures larger items and floatables such as leaves, cigarette butts, paper goods, and other debris.
